To answer these questions AIRINC has created the Talent Attractiveness Index (working title) to evaluate and compare the attractiveness of 150 global locations according to weighted combination of financial and lifestyle metrics. This ranking evaluates how attractive a location is to potential employees, and employers. The financial metrics are based on salary levels, tax rates and costs using AIRINC tools and tax models.
